A funny story from my brother

My brother isn't that much of a car guy.

He saw a nice Mark VIII at a gas station.

He asked the guy if it was a gen 2 or a gen 1 (he gets those mixed up a lot).

The guy replied, "It's a Mark VIII".

Lol

Thats funny, some people just don't know.

I've been asked quite a few times what my car was. When I reply it's an old Lincoln Mark VIII, they invariably ask what year. When I tell them it's a '93 they gasp and ask how many miles is on it. They usually don't believe my answer.

It's even funnier when they ask what the writing on the glass means when I'm on my way back home from the track!

Somone at a gas station asked me once what my car was. Then they asked if it was new (this was before my paint started to oxidize). They were shocked when they found out it was 10 years old (at the time).
