I got a feeling that those Blue Lights are a terrific Power Adder, not to mention the radio broadcasting capabilities of the radio in the Mustang. LOL

I noticed that guy has 4 stars on his name tag...sheriff captain maybe? If that's the case, he gets any car he wants. Since he is basically "unmarked", that would indicate he is at the very least not a regular patrol officer.

If you have the money for a Ferrari you have the money to cover any lawyer fees or fines arising from fleeing and evading. He should have at least made it a good chase for a few miles.

Sometimes cash won't get you out of jail time though. Tick off that cop enough, and he piles on the violations.
